hijackthis n'est ni un antivirus, ni un antispyware retourne te documenter avant de poster

oui tu as un virus et j'ai bien peur que ce soit le pire des virus....

* Télécharge Random's system information tool (RSIT) et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
* Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
* Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
* Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
* Une fois le scan fini , 2 rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports.


( C:\RSIT\log.txt & C:\RSIT\info.txt )

(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Pourqu'oi as tu fix une ligne dans hijackthis ? qui te la demander ?

ensuite supprime tes cracks et keygen c'est sa qui ta infecté


* Telecharge UsbFix (de C_XX & Chiquitine29) sur ton bureau
http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/127028005715545653/UsbFix.exe

* Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
* Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton bureau, l'installation se fera automatiquement
* Choisi l'option 1 (recherche)
* Laisse travailler l'outil
* Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra
* Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque

* Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus

puis

* Télécharge Malwarebytes
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
* Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)
* Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"
* Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"
* L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....
* Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"
* Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"
* Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

* Il se pourrait que certains fichiers devront être supprimés au redémarrage du PC... Faites le en cliquant sur "oui" à la question posée

# Ton bureau disparaîtra et le pc redémarrera .
# Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.
# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra avec le bureau .
# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )
# ( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Fais un scan en ligne Kaspersky :

• Désactive ton antivirus
• Fais un scan en ligne ici https://www.kaspersky.fr/?domain=webscanner.kaspersky.fr
• Clique sur "Kaspersky Online Scanner Cliquez-ici"
• Lis le texte d'information, puis clique sur « J'accepte »
• Si une fenêtre te demande t'exécuter un programme, accepte
• Une fois la mise à jour téléchargée, choisis "Poste de travail" pour le scan.
• A la fin de l'analyse, clique sur « Enregistrer rapport » et poste le dans ta prochaine réponse.

MALWAREBYTE n'EST PAS A JOUR relance le va dans onglet MISE a JOUR et clic sur rechercher patiente le temps qu'elle ce fasse, une fois fait refait un scan et poste le rapport

puisaprès cela poste un nouveau log.txt de RSIT

j'ai un probleme avec kaspersky jai tous fait mais la page se ferme quant je l'ouvre j'ai essayer tout ce qui faut ca ne marche pas !

par rapport a ton 1er rapport tu te rajoute des infections

Navipromo est une infection qui affiche des fenêtres publicitaires intempestives.

# Téléchargez et enregistrez Navilog1 sur le Bureau.

# Sous XP : double-cliquez sur l'icône pour lancer l'outil.
# Sous vista : faites un clic droit sur Navilog1 présent sur le Bureau et choisissez "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".
# Choisissez votre langue, appuyez sur F pour Français.
# Appuyez sur une touche jusqu'à ce que vous arriviez au menu des options.
# Choisissez l'option 1 (Recherche / Désinfection Automatique).
# Laissez le programme travailler, il pourrait durer une dizaine de minutes.
# Si l'outil trouve quelque chose, il sera amené à faire redémarrer l'ordinateur.
# Lorsque le message "Scan terminé le..." s'affichera, appuyez sur une touche pour faire apparaitre le rapport dans le Bloc-notes (il sera aussi enregistré automatiquement sur votre disque dur : C:\cleannavi.txt)

puis

desinstalle le USBFIX que tu as sur le bureau en le lancant et choisit l'option desinstallé puis retelecharge !!

* Telecharge UsbFix (de C_XX & Chiquitine29) sur ton bureau

* Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
* Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton bureau, l'installation se fera automatiquement
* Choisi l'option 1 (recherche)
* Laisse travailler l'outil
* Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra
* Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque

* Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus

supprime tes crcaks et keygen deja pour pas relancer les infections :

* relance navilog
* choisi cette fois ci l option 2 "désinfection manuelle"

* tape ceci : aoaau

* lance la désinfection et poste le rapport qui sera généré à la fin stp

puis

# Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau
# choisi l'option 2 ( Suppression )
# Ton bureau disparaîtra et le pc redémarrera .
# Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.
# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra avec le bureau .
# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )
# ( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

puis poste un nouveau RSIT
