Good evening,
I have just been gifted a new Bluetooth headset (without instructions) and I can't connect it to my mobile phone.

Good evening,
I think all earphones work the same way:
=> Start the Bluetooth search on your phone
=> Press the power button on your earphone and hold it until the light stays steady.
=> Once it's steady, your phone will find it and ask for a code, which is 0000
