Hello,
My problem is relatively simple:
the Flash plug-in (10.r32.18) works but not on Casino 770 or 21 Nova,
can someone help me?
PS: I was only able to credit my account on Monday and since then, as soon as I log in, I can't get past the login screen.

Try using a different browser.
For example, if you were using Mozilla, try Internet Explorer and vice versa.

Thank you again for your help,
please know that I have already tried: without success
P.S.: for your information, I also have a landline (only on weekends) that usually connects.
Could I have some sort of virus or spyware or rootkit on my laptop (at home) that could be causing problems considering I spent time (yesterday) disinfecting it?

Indeed, this might strongly come from that... Flash casinos require a secure connection from the site, which may be blocked due to a virus or something else on your computer... or even by your firewall or antivirus.
Clean your PC thoroughly and try again.
If it doesn't work, try without the firewall (once your PC is clean, of course)
Otherwise, do you have an error message or is it just stuck?

Sorry, I'm really not an expert in this matter, but the firewall must certainly intervene between the web connection and your browser...
If it's an old PC, maybe you should also check the graphics card... but I would be surprised, though.

Port 80 (browser) is automatically part of the exceptions (otherwise no surfing at all)
The PC is not young anymore, but I'm a maintenance technician and I can assure you that all the equipment is OK.
The Avast scan has just finished: nothing to report. I will therefore make sure that there are no spywares on the WHOLE system (it will take some time, I think I can give you the answer tomorrow, I can't deal with it tonight).
Once again, thank you for helping me (it's better together) because it's the first time I reach out to the forum (since 1995). If you have a problem, contact me on my email, I would be happy to help you (if I can).
