    Hello,

    I made a purchase by credit card with them on March 10, and today I still haven't received my order.
    It's difficult to reach Ankermann by phone, so I opened a ticket where I was called a "card fraudster" and then asked to make a payment by bank transfer (so to pay the price twice...) despite the invoice and payment confirmation I sent them.

    These people are NOT professional in their relationship with their customers.
    I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST making a purchase with them!

    I filed a complaint with the police and I'm also escalating the case with the European Consumer Centre.

      Ankermann is not a brand!!! It is a company that builds PCs or resells branded components just like LDLC... at Ankermann, everything is done in a secure and quality manner.
      Those who advise against making a purchase from them are competitors of Ankermann.

    I would say it's a questionable power supply because we don't know the brand.

    Personally, I don't know what this brand is worth as it's untested for me, but it's still a good setup

    this PC has a pretty good base (Q9400/HD4850), capable of doing everything in relatively good conditions, but these additional components (power supply, the case too (probably), ...)
    and it certainly doesn't come with an operating system...

    another thing: how much is this PC sold for?

    I just found this PC, only having references in its components..
    (no components were chosen at random, perhaps except for the motherboard which has a slightly outdated chipset, but still sufficient today :D)

    DSL ready Gigabit Ethernet LAN

    Indeed, in France, prices are outrageous.
    I got a quote in France, the price for an equivalent computer was around €1400, I don't remember exactly.

    In France, when something is expensive, a lot of people think it's good, which is not necessarily the case.
