Change Keyboard Type in The Sims 3

Hello,
Here is my problem;
When I navigate in my Windows Vista, my keyboard type is set to AZERTY. Unfortunately, when I want to play The Sims 3, my keyboard is recognized as QWERTY. So I would like to know if there is a way to change this configuration so that I no longer have to think that my "W" is actually my "Z". Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows Vista Safari 531.9.1

    Read it! Use the arrows, whether in Qwerty or Azerty, it doesn't change anything ;) !!
