I don't know how to adopt a baby in The Sims 3.............

To adopt, it's the phone: "call to get services/Adoption." To have one, you need to have a good relationship with the other and "try to make a baby" in bed.

You click on your phone that is in your inventory. You click on service and then you will have several choices and among them you will have adoption, you click on it! And you answer the questions that it asks you.
e.g.: girl or boy, age...
