BESOIN D'AIDE VIRUS

Bonjour,
j'ai vraiment besoin d'aide, je n'y connais pas grand chose hélas dans les virus!!!!
un de mes contact m'as envoyé le message suivant: is this you?? http://facebook--photo.info/viewimage.php? suivi de mon adresse. j'ai du cliquer dessus pensant que c'était une invitation!! mais pas de bol c'était un virus!
ensuite a mon tour j'ai envoyé le meme message à tout mes contact, par chance un d'entre eux m'as prévenu que j'étais infecté! j'ai donc fait une analyse avec avast qui en premier ne la pas reconnu! j'ai recommencé une seconde fois et la il ma trouvé un fichier contaminé et malgré l'avoir suprimé il revient tout le temps!!!
aider moi! je n'y connais rien je tien à mon pc et a ce qu'il se trouve dedans (boulot) et surtout je ne tiens pas à infecter les autres!!

MARIE bonjour tu devrais poster le rapport de malwarebytes car d'après ce qu'il a trouvé possible que la désinfection ne soit pas terminé , car c'est pas parce que tu as l'impression que le pc va mieux que plus de problème ils peuvent revenir très vite , tu ouvres malwarebytes et dans l'onglet rapports/log tu ouvres le rapport et tu le postes sur le forum , merci 

georges86400 pourquoi malwarebytes en premier il est demandé  de le passer en fin de désinfection, un RSIT aurai été préférable pour pouvoir passer les outils spéciphique à chaque infection plustôt  qu'un généraliste comme malwarebytes même si il est très bon il ne supprime pas toutes les traces comme le font les outils spéciphique donc !!!!

Pour commencer, telecharge Malwarebytes, installe le fait une mise a jour puis un scan et supprime tout ce qu'il aura trouvé.

il nous montre qu'il a trouvé et supprimé Rootkit.TDSS normalement il a la réputation d'être rebel !! tu va faire sdfix mais absolument à faire en mode sans echec , tu posteras le rapport et puis un RSIT pour contrôler cela , merci perso je repredrai que demain mais je pense que georges86400 saura te guider

1) Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau. 
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe 
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec

= Redémarre en mode Sans Échec (le démarrage peut prendre plusieurs minutes) 
Attention, pas d’accès à internet dans ce mode. Enregistre ou imprime les consignes. 

Relance le Pc et tapote la touche F8 ( ou F5 pour certains) , jusqu’à l’apparition des inscriptions avec choix de démarrage 
Avec les touches « flèches », sélectionne Mode sans échec ==> entrée ==>nom utilisateur habituel

= Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script. 
= Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage. 
= Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer. 
= Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC. 
= Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers. 
= Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished. 
= Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau. 
= Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt. 
= Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse

2) postes un RSIT

• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de Random/Random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil. 
• Clique sur "Continue" à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu s'il te le demande) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaître : poste les dans deux messages séparés stp

bonjour, tu vas essayer de faire findykill je l'ai renommé et jacfind cela peut permettre de contrer certaine infections 

Télécharge FindyKill de Chiquitine29  renommé en jacfind sur ton bureau :

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours ! 

• Double clique sur "jacfind.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'instalation par défaut . 

• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...)

• Double-clique sur le raccourci jacfind qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .
 
• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] . 

• Au second menu Choisis l'option " 1 " (recherche) et tape sur [entrée] 

 Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ... 

--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\FindyKill.txt ) 
( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

ok  tu fais l'option 2 de findykill et puis tu essais de faire Rsit mais si il est sur ton bureau et tu le vires et tu le retélécharge comme expliqué dans le message 7 , Merci

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes application en cours ( navigateur compris ) . 

• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...)

• Relance "FindyKill" : au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .

• Au second menu choisis l'option 2 (suppression) et tape sur [entrée] 

• Le pc va redémarrer automatiquement ...

 le programme va travailler , ne touche à rien ... , ton bureau ne sera pas accessible c est normal !

--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin ( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\FindyKill.txt ) 

/!\ Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas, presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tape explorer.exe et valide

bon déjà bonne nouvel RSIT est passé , tu feras usbfix option 1 et 2 tu posteras les rapports, et tu me diras comment va le pc et tes problèmes de départ 

• Télécharge et install http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/127028005715545653/UsbFix.exe de C_XX & Chiquitine29

 (!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir

• Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

• Choisis l'option 1 ( Recherche )

• Laisse travailler l'outil.

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
          Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 
          Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

• Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

• Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

bonjour, tu vas passer combofix car vu ce que sdfix nous a trouvé il serait préférable de le passer , mais attention tu prend le temps de sauvegarder tes chose les plus importante car si le pc plantait , cela est rare mais arrive, tu regarde le tutoriel avant de le lancer et tu suis exactement les consigne tu déactive toutes tes protection avant de le lancer , tu ne touches pas au pc pendant qu'il travail sauf pour répondre quand il te le demande installes la console de récuppération cela peut être pratique en cas de problème même en dehors de combo

Télécharge Combofix.exe de sUBs sur ton Bureau, 

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 

 Déconnectes toi d'internet et désactives ton antivirus et toutes protection résidente, pour que Combofix puisse s'exécuter normalement. 

Doubles clique sur Combofix.exe 
Mets le en langue française F 
Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan. 

tu Ne touches à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. 

En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire. 


Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu  

 Réactives la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à Internet. 

Note : Le rapport se trouve également là : C:\Combofix.txt
