Problem with chm files.

Hello,
recently the chm files won't open on my computer.
If anyone can help me solve this problem, I thank them in advance.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    The CHM file is probably "blocked" because it was created on another computer.

    Usually, you just have to go to the Properties and click on the Unblock button.

      I have the same problem but I can't find the unblock button in the properties of the .chm.

    download MJ’s Help Diagnostics http://helpware.net/downloads/index.htm#MJs
    It's a diagnostic tool for help files, and it does what's necessary...
    Just run the diagnostics, and it's fixed...... Fantastic
