Virus bloque execution des .exe

Bonjour,
Hier , J'ai telechargé un mauvais fichier qui a infecte mon ordinateur . Ce virus bloque toutes les executions des programmes en .exe !
Alors je sus ialler sur le net et jai vu plusieur programmes commes Findykill V5.007 . Et voici le resultat de la recherche :

Donc jai lance la supression et au redémarage , rien de changer !

En suite jai lance linkfilerestore et exefix pour reparer les scripts des fichiers .exe .
La un message apparait en me disant :

Toutes les données n'ont pas été inscrites correctement dans le registre .
Certaines clés sont ouvertes par le systeme ou par d'autres processus .

Je ne sais plus quoi faire .
