Error 20100 wifi connection!

Hello!
I have a big problem! I have a Neuf box, and when I connect to the Wi-Fi, the blue lock means that one can connect without the WEP key. Up to this point, everything is fine, the connection is green, but then the problem arises: the connection turns red, and it says it is impossible to connect to the Nintendo Wi-Fi error 20100. What should I do? Please help me, thank you in advance!

Je crois que j'ai trouvé que le cadna bleu, c'est le wifi public et le cadna rouge, c'est ta connexion. Tu l'ouvres, tu mets ta clé WEP, elle est en dessous de ta Neuf Box, et voilà. Et si tu veux te connecter au wifi public pour jouer, tu utilises une carte spéciale ou une carte de jeu normale ?
