Documents pending in the print queue Solved

Question

Hello,
Since yesterday I’ve been trying to print documents with my HP ENVY 4500 (a wireless printer), but my PC keeps showing “print error.” No documents can be printed, and they all remain in the print queue. I’m using Windows 10.
The printer itself works perfectly well; I can scan and copy without any problems. Maybe the issue is coming from the PC or the connection, I’m not really sure.

Could someone help me?

Hello  delete the "queued" documents  delete the SPOOL orders  restart the printer and do 1 print test again  See you  -- the radiation level is higher at the employment center than at Chernobyl

You can try doing a system restore to a date before your issue  To do this, press the Windows+R keys  In the window that opens, type RSTRUI.EXE and click OK  Choose a restore point from before your problem  Let me know how it goes  @+  -- The radiation level is higher at the employment office than in Chernobyl.

re  This may cause me to lose data?   No, just one or the other application you may have installed between yesterday and today.  System restore does not have "an impact" on files.  See you later  --  The radiation level is higher at the unemployment office than at Chernobyl.

Press Windows + X
Select --> Command Prompt (admin)
Type these 2 commands and press enter after each:
--> net stop spooler
--> net start spooler
