Virus détecté comment le retirer ?

Bonjour,

apres avoir analysé mon pc avec plusieurs antivirus rien n'était détecté.
Là j'ai trouvé un virus grâce à virus total.
Mais comment le retirer et comment savoir si d'autres sont présent ?
