Filter issue with Open Office Impress

Hello, When I try to insert an image into a slide in Open Office Impress, the software gives me the following message: "Graphic filter not found." What should I do in this case?

Good evening,
Check if there's a small Link checkbox checked in the image insertion window; if so, it should be unchecked. To include already inserted images, go to Edit>Links, select all links to images and Disconnect.

It's not that, I made sure to check that the Link box was unchecked for each image insertion.
