Hello,
I receive a message every time I turn on my PC, regarding an issue with Office Outlook 2007. It tells me to fix the error by connecting to the website, but unfortunately, a message comes through informing me of the inability to connect to the site. I also tried to repair it through the Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs: using the "Modify" section, and this problem continues to persist every time I turn on my PC...... I would be grateful and thankful to anyone who could help me resolve this issue. Mesa

It's good because you've already fought. Well done and especially well done! That's how we learn.
Here's what I suggest:
Take the installation CD-ROM for your version of Office, insert it into your CD drive and launch the auto-run. You will see the following options: "modify, repair, delete". And the rest is up to you.
