How to add a profile picture on Badoo?

Hello,

I suppose it's very simple to do, but here it is...
recently signed up on Badoo, I naturally wanted to put a profile picture
so I uploaded photos to the site but none appear as my profile picture.
yet, when I am in the "profile" tab, I can see my photos as if I had one, while I do not
I don't know if I managed to make myself understood but thank you in advance for your response
