Bonjour,
suite a un soucis énoncé dans le topic "alphabet défile tout seul" je viens d'apprendre que le fichier "C:\Windows\system32\lsass.exe " est manquant..

est ce important ?

    --je m'explique: menu démarrer - accessoires - outils systeme - restauration systeme

    De la une page s'ouvre et deux option sont proposées. Celle qui nous intéresse est : restaurer mon ordinateur à une date ou heure antérieur, coche la case et clic sur suivant. Tu choisi une date avant la disparition de ton process Lsass.exe et tu laisse travailler la machine si cela ne fonctionne pas je te donnerai une autre solution.

    --Non moi non plus mais bon chaque chose en son temps. Ta machine tournait correctement hier ? si oui choisi un point de restauration à une semaine en arrière sinon choisi 15 jours en arrière. N'oublie pas de fermer toutes tes applications y compris tes pages web et tiens moi informé.

    Je serais de retour mardi donc si tu veux une analyse de ton rapport hijackthis plus rapidement crée un nouveau post (n'oublie pas la charte du site).N'utilise pas les différents liens que je t'ai donné car ton OS est vista et mes lien sont pour l'OS XP.
    Par contre comme je t'ai dit précédement il serai judicieux de ta part de désinstaller Avast au profit d'avira antivir qui est compatible avec ton OS.
