sims 3: How to partner with a business?

Hello,
In The Sims 3, I just partnered with the Urban Spa. The help said that I could buy shares to increase my profits, something like that. But who can I buy them from and how?

When the help told you that you could buy shares to increase your profits, it meant that you could buy the urban Spa (or other community land) to then become the owner of the spa (or other). This allows you, for example, to lay off staff, change the name of the land, etc.

But buying all the shares is expensive (35,000 § for the spa and even more for other lands) and may even require cheat codes! If you want to know all the purchasable lands as well as the cost to become a partner or owner, I recommend buying issue #12 (summer 2009) of the official French Sims magazine.
