Bonjour,

j'ai un pc toshiba , avec un système vista professionnel pack 1 .
et la j'ai plus de son ; c'est afficher " aucun périphérique de sortie audio n'est installé " ,
dans le gestionnaire de périphérique > périphérique système > haut parleur système ; c'est afficher " Aucun pilote n'est installé pour ce périphérique " et quand je clic sur mettre a jour ; il me dit que le meilleur pilote est déjà installé !!!!

si quelqu'un pourrait m'aider je vous en remercie d'avance .

installes le pilote du chipset et redémarres le pc : http://support1.toshiba-tro.de/tedd-files2/0/csutil-20080923125457.zip

postes un rapport everest stp.

Télécharges et installes Everest. https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/2831-aida64-extreme-edition/

Lances everest => un clic droit sur "ordinateur" => Rapport rapide => Texte brut. sélectionnes tout, copies le texte puis colles le dans ton prochain message.

pourtant il y a bien un chipset audio de détecté.
tu n'as toujours rien dans le gestionnaire de périphériques ?

comment avais tu fais pour ajouter la carte tv ?

non tjrs pas la moindre modification .
je l'ai trouvé dans ; panneau de config > ajout materiel .

tu as essayé d'ajouter un périphérique audio dans panneau de config => ajout matériel ? realtek si possible.

je ne trouve pas realtek ; j'ai chercher dans " controleur audio , video et jeu " , et il n'y est pas .

serais-ce possible que se soit un problème hardware ?!!

je pense plutôt à un problème vista, everest indique bien qu'il y a une carte audio.

tu as réinstallé vista avec le cd fournit pour ce toshiba ?

là où tu as cherché (Je ne trouve pas realtek ; j'ai chercher dans " controleur audio , video et jeu " , et il n'y est pas .)
il y a autre chose ?

la reinstalation de vista s'est derouler sans encombre , (aucun cd n'a ete fournis avec mon pc , le seul cd ki a ete fournis , c'est un windows xp ;si je voulais changer vers xp , j'ai comeme créer des dvd de restaurations mais je ne les ai pas utilisé , ya une option qui reinstalle vista selon sa configuration initiale ) .

la ou j'ai chercher y'a d'autre du genre "ADS..... , ATI ......... " à ajouter dans le controleur audio , video... mais j'en ai essailler plusieurs...et c tjrs le meme message d'erreur "Ce périphérique ne peut pas démarrer. (Code 10)".....je ne pense donc pas que le probleme soit la .

ce qui est bizard c'est que dans gestionnaire periph > peripherique systeme > haut parleur systeme ....il m'affiche "Aucun pilote n'est installé pour ce périphérique.".....et quant je mes mettre à jour ...il dit qu'il l'est !!!
et dans detail je trouve la cle du pilote !!! alors qu'il m'avait ecrit qu'il n'en avait aucun !!!!

la je n'y comprend vraiment rien !!!

j'ai acheter mon pc fin janvier et tout marchait parfaitement bien .
le probleme est survenus y'a plus de 3 mois , y'a quelque jours j'ai reinstaller vista car j'ai cru que ça resoudrai le probleme .... mais tjrs rien .

aie, t'as peut être raison, c'est peut être le chipset audio qui a rendu l'âme.

tu as regardé dans le bios si le chipset audio est bien activé ? ou sur enable ?

non; je ne sais pas trop utiliser le bios donc j'ai peur de faire des gaffes tu comprend ....mais si tu peux m'aider à vérifier correctement je t'en remercie .

en premier il faut trouver la touche, chez toshiba c'est peut être echap ou del au démarrage.

c bon j'ai redémarrer et j'ai appuyé sur "del" , et après ça stp.

il faut regarder dans : périphériques intégrés ou un truc comme ça.
