Dish cleaning

Hello
I am currently having reception issues with my satellite dish
Since it is slightly dirty from moss, could that be the cause, and can I clean it to remedy the problem? What products should I use?

Hello,

you can clean it with a basic household product like dish soap... but it may be a slight misalignment.. does the reception degrade when it rains (light to heavy weather conditions?) and if so, what issues have been observed?

Indeed, when it rains even lightly, it affects the signal, but the Mediasat from Canal Plus indicates that the antenna alignment is good. However, I will still have it checked.
