Probleme de designe , css !!

Bonjour,
je suis entrin de réaliser mon site et j'ai plein de probleme de design alors je voudrais que vous m'aidiez .
mon premier probleme c'est que mon site est composer comme sa

et donc mon probleme c'est que comme "actu" est la ou je mets les news il va s'agrandire (logique) mais les menu en dessous ( menu 5,news,4 ) decsende avec lui !!! alors que je voudrais qu'il reste à leur place .Donc sa me fais des gros trou et sa ne me convient pas .
