Text offset issue in Word

Hello,

I am working on a report that I am creating in Word, but when I want to add text on a page (or move text up or down), the text on the following page also shifts. However, I want to avoid that; I want to freeze each first sentence at the beginning of the page so that the text doesn't move. Is that possible? How?

    Thank you for your response. I was thinking that page breaks could be the solution... so no, I haven't used them because I don't know how to do it. Is there a way to do something so that all my report pages don't shift to the top of the page? Which page break should I use?
