Afficher une image sur IE (HTML)

Salut a tous, je fait un ptit mailing pour ma boite mais je suis devant un petit probleme.
Mon image s'affiche nikel dans firefox mais pas dans IE... pq?? je ne comprend pas
Mon code c'est:

Faut il rajoutter quelque chose de speciale pour IE??
Sachant que je passe par du FTP... si ca peut aidre.
