Nokia 5310 lost SMS, SD card?

Hello,
I have a Nokia 5310 for 1 year now with an SD card.
I put new music on my card as usual, and when I put it back in my phone,
my "Received Messages" went from 3004 to 553. '-_-
I suppose that the 553 are those stored on my SIM card...

Is there any way to recover my lost messages, or should I not hope?

    I have some news, it turns out it’s not my SD card.
    I took it out of my phone and I received messages, I read them, they were saved up to that point without any problem!
    But this morning when I turned my phone back on, it can no longer read the messages from the day before, saved on the SIM card with the error:
    "Unsupported message type. Delete the message?".

    Can someone help me?

    It's simply that you have no more space, so it automatically deleted messages for you. If he suggests deleting them because he can't handle it, as in your second message, it's because you have no more space on your memory card, surely due to the music you've added!
