Hello,
I just acquired an HP C4480 printer, and I can't seem to insert the ink cartridges.
What I was provided with: HP 350 for black and 351 for color.
But no matter what I do, they won't click in and they don't seem to fit properly....
Could you please confirm the type of cartridge, or provide a tip!!!
Thanks in advance.

Je suis incapable de changer mes cartouches d'encre sur mon imprimante HP Photosmart 364XL, pourriez-vous m'expliquer ? Merci.

I just struggled for a while with the same problem until I realized that the print carriage where the cartridges click into place was not in the cartridge replacement position (to the right of the device), but completely to the left.
So to fix the issue, I restarted the printer (with the lid open) and the carriage moved into position on its own.
I hope this trick works for you too. -
either the meaning of the cartridge is not correct or you did not operate properly by following the procedure.
but these are the right cartridges; patience and perseverance achieve more than force or anger... -
For HP Photosmart C4480 printers, you should use the authentic 350 and 351 cartridges (for daily printing).
For high volume printing, I recommend the authentic 350XL and 351XL cartridges.
(By authentic, I mean anything made by HP.)
Now, I have a new problem that has only appeared today.
An incident has occurred that affects my HP 350XL cartridge. Since then, I can no longer print.
While printing a 3-page document in 2 assembled copies, the third page of the first copy took 20 minutes to print.
Is this normal?
