Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de Random/Random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
• Clique sur "Continue" à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu s'il te le demande) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaître : poste les dans deux messages séparés stp

tu as 1 ou 2 fichier blocnote ouvert, tu va dans EDITION, tuc hoisit SELECTIONNER TOUT puis tu appui CTR+C pour copier le texte et ensuite ici quand tu ecrit ton message tu fait CTR+V pour coller le rapport fait sa pour les 2 si tu en a 2

il faut télécharger avast tu l'instale apres tu l'ouvre et tu fait arreter le test de mémoire puis clique en haut a gauche de la fenetre qui va ouvrir un onglet et tu fait planifier un scan au démarage si il te trouve un virus fait 2

donc verdict tu as des saletes au dessus on dirait bien du navipromo mais pas visible dans le hijackthis on va voir ensuite fait ceci :
- demarrer
- panneau de configuration
- ajout et suppression de programme
- desinstalle QUAD registry c'est une arnaque tu installera CCleaner + tard
- et desinstalle aussi NORTON et tout les composant avec ecrit NORTOn et/ou SYMANTEC car tu as 2 antivirus
- d'ailleurs desinstalle AVAST aussi qui est pas terrible
ensuite utilise CCleaner comme indiqué dans le tuto le telechargement est dedans mais n'installe pas la toolbar pendant l'installation DECOCHE LA

ensuite en verfi deja :
Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

* Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
* Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

* sous vista : Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
* sous XP : double-clic dessus pour l'installer et le lancer
* taper F
* Appuyer sur une touche jusqu' arriver aux options
* Choisir Recherche/Désinfection automatique ( = taper 1 )
* un rapport : fixnavi.txt dans ==> C :
* le copier et le coller dans la réponse
