Good evening,
How can one contact a company like leboncoin.fr which, like many other companies online, hides behind the sender address "NOREPLY@leboncoin.fr".... You send them a message with a specific question and you receive an automated, impersonal email back, no phone number, postal address that doesn’t lead to a phone number... What to do?
Shouldn't we impose a transparent phone number on these companies, accessible without having to consult the CNIL or I don’t know which organization... My problem is the following: I posted an ad on this site and paid €14 to benefit from the Urgent logo and appear at the top, my payment is confirmed immediately! But after 48 hours my ad still doesn’t appear on the site.. Several emails from me do nothing, I encounter formatted responses, in fact nothing personal; not even a response to my last email since last night... It's impossible to find a phone number to reach them. I’m losing €14, it's not about the amount, but about the principle, consumers really need to have the possibility of getting a personalized response, right? Or have I unknowingly crossed into the category of old f...?
