Hello,
I have a problem with Google Chrome; every time I press it, Google Chrome opens and then closes, showing me a message "Ouch Ouch Ouch! Google Chrome is blocked. Restart now?
ok cancel"

Hello,
The message "Oh no, Google Chrome is blocked" means that Google Chrome has failed to load.
To fix the issue:
If that doesn't work, delete the PREFERENCES file
in
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
and that should do it.
However, you will need to reinstall the plugins as preferences contains their settings!

- Close all tabs
- Close other programs, including antivirus
- Try updating Chrome to the latest version
- Try clearing Chrome's cache
- Try running Chrome as Administrator
