Well julia-59440, I'm going to give you an answer to your question (off-topic stuff is annoying): There are no Shugo Chara scans in French (maybe in English) because the manga is licensed. All you can do is buy the manga :) unless you want to read it in English (it's up to you). Otherwise, there are several manga of this kind.

PS: The charas don't exist -- It's just fiction, so don't dream ...

I can't believe there are really people in this world who believe in these kinds of things!!! I mean, you really have to be naive to get caught up in that!!! Seriously, where are the young people going these days?! (Uh... Nowhere...)

For my part, I would really love for Chara to exist; it would be awesome, even though the chances are slim ^^.
However, I really think that people should at least buy a dictionary to avoid making such stupid mistakes, otherwise French teachers would commit suicide with every paper they grade.

For the scans, I don't know, but if you want to watch the anime, there are up to episode 67 in French subtitles and the others after that are with English subtitles.

The information isn't official, it's just a rumor.
It seems that on VIRGIN17 in May there will be episodes of Shugo Chara in French and in June on NRJ12!
There you go, I hope it will really be broadcasted ^^
