Problême de webcam

Bonjour,
je possède un ordinateur portable Plackard Bell avec le processeur Vista Basic; cette ordinateur dispose d'une webcam intégré.
Le problême c'est qu'il n'y a pas de programme en rapport avec celle-ci, c'est tout simplement comme si il n'y avait pas de webcam !! =S
je demande votre aide pour se petit problême ... SVT

    bonjour lardon :)

    regarde dans le Gestionnaire de périphériques si tu as des points jaunes

    et donne aussi le modele du pc

    peux tu me donner le modele exact ?

    si tu ne sais pas :
    telecharge et installe Everest Ultimate

    ensuite génère un rapport en texte brut de toute ta config , aide pour génèrer le rapport = Identifier son matériel avec EVEREST , enfin tu selctionne le rapport que tu copie /colle dans ta prochaine réponse

    ah mince, ça doit pas être compatible avec ton pc, mais ce qui est etrange c'est qu'il n'y a pas le pilote de ta webcam sur le site de packard bell, et tu ne la trouve nulle part dans le gestionnaire de peripherique
