my keyboard types very slowly Solved

Hello,  my keyboard types very slowly and I don’t know why; I have to hold the keys for it to work. Plus, every time I press a key, my computer makes a noise.  I hope you can respond.

Problem solved, you need to disable the filter keys function. Typically, for those who have this problem, there should be an icon of a small clock in the toolbar. If so, double click on it and disable the filter keys function.

Otherwise

Activate and deactivate the filter keys by pressing RIGHT SHIFT for eight seconds.

Hi,you can already check the keyboard options in the control panel => keyboard Set the "repeat rate" to fast and "delay before repeat" to short.

Hi, I have the same problem; my keyboard is becoming less and less responsive, and it happened overnight. The filter key is not activated, nor are the sticky keys, and after several scans, it turns out I have no viruses.
It really happened "by itself"; I don't download anything, but I do play online (if that helps).

It's very, very annoying when you have to hit the same letter twice in a row... I've searched everywhere, and I can't find a solution...

I should add that I'm just a simple internet user not very skilled in pure computing ;-)
I use Windows 7 and Google Chrome as my browser.

It does concern the sticky keys and filter keys.
