Hello everyone!
I'm making some DVD purchases on amazon.fr and there are some listed among the cheapest French language import DVDs: can you tell me if these DVDs include or exclude the original language, that is to say English, as it's impossible to find out? If anyone can help, thanks.

I will re-explain, I phrased it poorly: the DVDs I purchased contain the original version, which is normal since that's what I'm looking for, but regarding the "French language import" DVDs that are cheaper than the others, there is no information about whether the original version is included (English language) unless one has to rely on the title "French language import," but doesn't that just mean a commercial operation and that these DVDs come from Belgium?
Following the same research as all of you, I decided to call Amazon to get an answer to our question...
In fact, it's a disc coming from Belgium, England, or any other Anglo-Saxon country where the charges are lower, so the price of the film is cheaper.
These films (French language imports) all include the original language of the film as well as the French language.
The only change is the cover, which is in English or in the language of the country from where the film comes (often England or Belgium).
In a nutshell, if the film comes from Belgium, you’ve hit the jackpot! There’s no difference with a French disc except for the price and a small hexagonal logo in the bottom right corner of the image indicating the film's rating (suitable for all audiences, restricted for under 10, 12, 16...).
