Gros probleme avec un virus

Question

Bonjour,
voila mon probleme j'ai remarquer que du jour au lendemain plusieur fenetre internet explorer s'ouvre avec une page avec une femme marié (une pub surement) nommé www.guarddog.com je croi. Je pense etre infecté surtout que lorsque je suis aller dans le gestionnaire des taches j'ai vu un processus nommé freddy49.exe et je ne l'ai jamais vu auparavant. J'en ai vraiment marre des page internet qui s'ouvre a chaque fois, si vous pouviez m'aider sa serai vraiment sympas. J'ai fait un scan HijackThis voici le rapport, Merci d'avance :

A faire dans l'ordre.

1=>•	Nettoyage avec ToolBar S&D :
•	!! Déconnectes toi et fermes toute tes applications en cours le temps de la
manipe !! 
•	Relances Toolbar-S&D en double-cliquant sur le raccourci. 
•	Tapes sur l'option 2 ( "nettoyage" ) puis tapes sur "Entrée". 
•	Note : Ne touches à rien lors de la suppression !! 
•	Un rapport sera généré à la fin du processus : postes son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse

2=>•	Télécharge et installe Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 
•	(NB : S'il te manque"COMCTL32.OCX" lors de l'installe, alors télécharge le ici : https://www.malekal.com/tutorial-aboutbuster/
•	A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée
•	Lance MBAM et laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger (sinon fais les manuellement au lancement du programme)
•	Puis va dans l'onglet "Recherche", coche "Exécuter un examen complet" puis "Rechercher"
•	Sélectionne tes disques durs" puis clique sur "Lancer l’examen"
•	A la fin du scan, clique sur Afficher les résultats
•	Coche tous les éléments détectés puis clique sur Supprimer la sélection
•	Enregistre le rapport
•	S'il t'est demandé de redémarrer, clique sur Yes
•	Poste le rapport de scan après la suppression ici

C:\Windows\freddy49.exe (Trojan.KoobFace) -> Delete on reboot. Tu dois éteindre ton pc et le redémarrer.Ensuite post moi un nouveau rapport hijackthis .Le premier n'est pas valable sans le reboot.a+

*  Télécharge OtmoveIT (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau
      http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/402-otm-oldtimers-move-it/  (de OldTimer) sur ton Bureau
* Double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
 * Assure toi que la case Unregister Dll's and Ocx's soit bien cochée.
 * Copie la liste qui se trouve  dans ici et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt sous Paste List of Files/Folders to move.

• Maintenant, démarre en mode sans échec : 
Tu n' auras pas accès à Internet pendant le "mode sans échec". Aussi, copie/colle toute cette procédure dans un fichier texte (bloc notes) et mets-la sur le "Bureau" pour l'avoir à ta disposition. Ferme toutes les fenêtres et applications. 
Redémarre ton ordinateur, puis tapote sur la touche F8 (F5 sur certains PC) avant l’apparition du logo Windows, un menu va apparaître, tu devra choisir de démarrer en mode sans échec. Choisis ta session habituelle, et ne t'inquiète pas si les couleurs et la taille des icônes changent, c'est normal ! 

• Double-clique sur OTM.exe afin de le lancer. 
• Colle le script dans le cadre « Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved » et clique sur Moveit. 
• Si un fichier ou dossier ne peut pas être supprimé immédiatement, le logiciel te demandera de redémarrer. Accepte en cliquant sur YES. 
• Poste le rapport situé dans ce dossier : C:\_OTM\MovedFiles 
Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log

1=>Télécharge MSNFix 
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip 

Décompresse-le et double clic sur le fichier MSNFix.bat. 
- Exécute l'option R. 
--Si l'infection est détectée, exécute l'option N 
- Sauvegarde ce rapport puis fais un copier/coller de ce rapport sur le forum. 

Note : 
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal 
Sauvegarder et fermer le rapport pour que Windows termine de se lancer normalement.

2=>•	Télécharger sur le bureau . http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
•	Double-Click sur le fichier SDFix.EXE et se laisser guider pour l'installation
•	Le programme s'installe dans le répertoire C:\SDFix.
•	Il est indispensable d'effectuer le nettoyage avec SDFix en mode sans échec.
•	Redémarrer en mode Sans Échec (le démarrage peut prendre plusieurs minutes)
•	Attention, pas d’accès à internet dans ce mode. Enregistrer ou imprimer les consignes.
•	Relancer le Pc et tapoter la touche F8 ( ou F5 pour certains) , jusqu’à l’apparition des inscriptions avec choix de démarrage.
•	Avec les touches « flèches », sélectionner Mode sans échec ==> entrée ==>nom utilisateur habituel.
•	Une fois en mode sans échec, cliquer sur le menu Démarrer puis Exécuter et coller la commande suivant : C:\SDFix\RunThis.bat
•	Taper Y puis appuyer sur la touche Entrée du clavier, afin de lancer le nettoyage !
•	SDFix va procéder au nettoyage, patience...cela peut durer une trentaine de minutes.
•	Une fenêtre indique que SDFix doit redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer le nettoyage.
•	Appuyer sur une touche du clavier pour redémarrer le PC.
•	Au redémarrage du PC, SDFix indique que le nettoyage est terminé.
•	Appuyer sur une touche du clavier afin d'ouvrir le rapport créé par SDFix.
•	Il peut être enregistré si besoin, par exemple si on demande de le
poster sur un forum (menu Edition / Enregistrer sous).De toute facon il
sera quand même sauvegardé dans le fichier suivant :Report.txt dans le dossier SDFix (ex : C:\SDFix\Report.txt).

Pour sdfix oublie le.Par contre pour msnfix  avant de le lancer désactive l'uac.

Le logiciel qui suit n'est pas à utiliser à la légère et peut faire des dégâts s'il est mal utilisé ! Ne le faites que si un helpeur du forum qui connait bien cet outil vous l'a recommandé. 


/!\ Désactive tous tes logiciels de protection /!\ 

• Télécharge combofix(de sUBs) sur ton Bureau. 
• Double-clique sur ComboFix.exe afin de le lancer. 
• Il va te demander d'installer la console de récupération : accepte. 
• Ne touche à rien pendant le scan. 
• Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport (C:\Combofix.txt) dans ta prochaine réponse.

Mac Afee anti rootkit ne fonctionne pas avec vista.J'avais oublié que tu étais sous vixta.
• Télécharge : RHost
• Double clique dessus pour l'exécuter 
• Clique sur "Restore original Hosts" (il ne se passe rien de visible, c'est normal) 
• Pour finir, fais redémarrer l'ordinateur.

Bonjour

Le scan peut être long.

•  Télécharge: ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/drweb-cureit.exe sur ton bureau. 
•  Double-clique sur drweb-cureit.exe et clique sur Commencer le scan. 
•  Si il trouve des processus infectés, clique sur le bouton Oui pour Tout à l'invite.
•  Lorsque le scan rapide est terminé, clique sur Options > Changer la configuration. 
•  Choisis l'onglet Scanner, et décoche Analyse heuristique. 
•  De retour à la fenêtre principale : choisis Analyse complète. 
•  Clique la flèche verte sur la droite et le scan débutera. Une publicité apparaît quelquefois, ferme-la. 
•  Clique Oui pour Tout si un fichier est détecté. 
•  A la fin du scan, si des infections sont trouvées, clique sur Tout sélectionner, puis surDésinfecter. 
•  Si la désinfection est impossible, clique sur Quarantaine.
•  Au menu principal de l'outil, en haut à gauche, clique sur le menu Fichier et choisis Enregistrer le rapport. 
•  Sauvegarde le rapport sur ton Bureau. Ce dernier se nommera DrWeb.csv.
•  Ferme Dr.Web CureIt! 
•  /!\ Important /!\ Redémarre ton ordinateur car certains fichiers peuvent être déplacés/réparés au redémarrage. 
•  Après le redémarrage, fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse

Cela vient de secure Antivirus pro.

Télécharger Avenger d'ici  iciet décompressez sur votre bureau. 
Ouvrir Avenger. Assurez-vous que la case "Scan for rootkits" et "Automatically disable any  rootkits found"soit cochée. Copier, collez le texte ci dessous en gras  dans la partie blanche sous input script here.
Registry values to delete: 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run | Secure AntiVirus Pro 
Files to delete: 
%windir%\av.exe 
Cliquez sur "Exécute". Il vous sera demandé Etes-vous sûr que vous voulez exécuter le script courant?.. Cliquez sur Oui. Avenger va vous demandez si vous voulez redémmarer le pc . Cliquez sur Oui. Votre PC va maintenant être redémarré

Ensuite éxecute dr web.

j'ai l impression que j'ai un truc qui bloque tous les sites qui ont un rapport avec un antivirus parce que a chaque sa ne fonctionne pas avec des site comme sa alors que sur un autre ordi sa fonctionne parfaitement

•	Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
•	Double clic sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau
•	Au menu principal,choisi l option 2 (Suppression)

/!\ il y aura 2 redémarrage, laisse travailler l outils jusqu a l apparition du message "nettoyage effectué"

/!\ Ne te sert pas du pc durant la suppression , ton bureau ne sera pas accessible c est normal !
•	ensuite post le rapport FindyKill.txt
•	Note : le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque
•	Note : Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tapes explorer.exe et valides

Pour findykill ne cherches pas .
En espérant qu'il fonctionneras.
•	Installe: http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe
•	Enregistre-le sur le bureau
Maintenant, démarre en mode sans échec 
•	Pour cela, tu tapotes sur la touche F8 (F5 sur certains pc) dès le début de l’allumage du PC sans t’arrêter, avant l'apparition du logo Windows. Un menu va apparaitre, déplace-toi avec les flèches du clavier sur Démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape Entrée. Choisis ta session
habituelle, et ne t'inquiète pas si les couleurs et la taille des icônes changent, c'est normal !
•	Relance le programme SmitfraudFix. 
•	Cette fois, choisis l’option 2, répond oui à tous.
•	A la fin, sauvegarde le rapport.
•	redémarre en mode normal.
•	copie-colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum.

/!\ A l'attention de ceux qui passent sur ce sujet /!\ 
Le logiciel qui suit n'est pas à utiliser à la légère et peut faire des dégâts s'il est mal utilisé ! Ne le faites que si un helpeur du forum qui connait bien cet outil vous l'a recommandé. 


/!\ Désactive tous tes logiciels de protection /!\ 

• Télécharge combofix(de sUBs) sur ton Bureau et renommes le..S'il ne se lance pas en mode normal fait le en mode sans échec. 
• Double-clique sur ComboFix.exe afin de le lancer. 
• Il va te demander d'installer la console de récupération : accepte. 
• Ne touche à rien pendant le scan. 
• Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport (C:\Combofix.txt) dans ta prochaine réponse.

•	Télécharge GMER : 
•	ouvre ce lien http://www.gmer.net#files 
•	clique sur download EXE et enregistre le fichier sur ton Bureau. Renommes gmer en renoir
•	exécute le en faisant un double clic sur le fichier créé 
•	choisis l'Onglet "Rootkit" , vérifie que tous les items à droite sont cochés. 
•	clique sur "SCAN" 
•	clique sur "SAVE" et enregistre sur le Bureau "gmertest.txt" 
•	Double clique sur "gmertest.txt" ; le fichier s'ouvre dans le bloc-notes 
•	Copie le contenu et colle le dans ta réponse.

Ouvres un compte c'est gratuit ,et laisses toi guider.

• Télécharge : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe 
/!\ Important (Sous Vista) /!\ 
Vous devez exécuter RSIT avec les droits d'administrateur, pour cela Clique droit sur RSIT et "Lancer en tant qu'administrateur" 
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil. 
• Clique sur 'Continue' à l'écran Disclaimer. 
• Si l'outil Hijackthis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence. 
• Une fois le scan fini , 2 rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports. 
( C:\RSIT\log.txt et C:\RSIT\info.txt ) 
• CTRL A pour sélectionner tout, CTRL C pour copier et puis CTRL V pour coller

•	 démarre en mode sans échec 
•	Pour cela, tu tapotes sur la touche F8 (F5 sur certains pc) dès le début de l’allumage du PC sans t’arrêter, avant l'apparition du logo Windows. Un menu va apparaitre, déplace-toi avec les flèches du clavier sur Démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape Entrée. Choisis ta session
habituelle, et ne t'inquiète pas si les couleurs et la taille des icônes changent, c'est normal !
•	Relance le programme SmitfraudFix. 
•	Cette fois, choisis l’option 2, répond oui à tous.
•	A la fin, sauvegarde le rapport.
•	redémarre en mode normal.
•	copie-colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum.

•	Télécharges :Unlocker
•	Installes le programme.Décoches Ebay.
Redémarres en mode sans échec.
•	Se positionner sur le répertoire ou le fichier à supprimer, click droit souris, lancer unlocker dans ce menu click droit.
•	Pour toi ce sera ce fichier : C:\Windows\AV.EXE 
•	Choisir effacer.

Tu installes unlocker et tu redemarres en mode sans echec .Tu recherches ce fichier:C:\Windows\AV.EXE 
Pour trouver le fichier tu clic sur diques local c: (C'est a dire ton disque dur) Ensuite tu clic sur le dossier Windows et tu cherches AV.EXE .

Une fois terminé pense a vider ta corbeille.

Tu as deux antivirus .ton système pour être protégé correctement ne doit en  posséder qu' un seul .Actuellement il y a conflit entre les deux et ton système n'est pas préservé.. Par conséquent vires en un .
Ont a finalement réussit a déloger cette saloperie mais il reste quelques manip a réaliser.
Avec unlocker vires:C:\Windows\system32\KB123386.EXE     
Pense a vider ta corbeille.
•	Relances hijackthis
•	Choisi do a system scan only cette fois-ci.
•	Puis coche les lignes suivantes et appuie sur fix checked.

Pense a vider ta corbeille.
• Relances hijackthis
• Choisi do a system scan only cette fois-ci.
• Puis coche les lignes suivantes et appuie sur fix checked.

A ce niveau d'infection je ne pense pas que se soit utile.Concentre toi surtout a tous les scans que tu devras effectuer.Tu peut si tu le souhaites poster un rapport rsit a la fin afin de voir si l'infection est éradiquée.
