"Page cannot be displayed"

bonjour.
depuis quelques temps, certaines pages de sites web ne s'affichent plus, a la place, il y a marque "The Page Cannot Be Displayed".
Seuls certains sites peuvent etre affiches (comme celui ci) mais si je veux aller par exemple sur http://www.jeuxvideo.com , la page reste blanche pendant quelques minutes, puis

Cannot find server or DNS Error

s'affiche.
J'ai fat plusieurs scan, avec Ad Aware, Spybot SD, hijack this etc... mais rien a faire, le probleme persiste.

j'espere que vous pourrez resoudre mon probleme
ps: je suis sous Windows XP SP1, IE 6
