Hello callas72 !
Il faut fermer tous les programe y compris Internet Explorer et donc hors connexion ensuite faire fix next next.
Pour ta "search bar" as-tu essaies:
Http://lop.com/toolbar_unistaller.exe
Http://lop.com/new_unistall.exe
Ensuite télécharges ces anti-spywares, mets-les à jour puis "scan" ton ordi et détruit tout ce qu'ils détectent (y compris détruire les fichiers en quarantaine...):
-AdAWare (version gratuite téléchargeable à partir de : http://www.lavasoft.us/ - vous pourrez choisir la langue...)
-SpySweeper(version démo fonctionnelle 30 jours gratuitement: http://www.webroot.com/fr/downloads/)
Ensuite redémarrer l'ordi.
-Télécharger la dernière version de HiJackThis (http://www.hijackthis.de/downloads/hijackthis_199.zip).
-Fermez toutes vos applications.
-Exécutez HiJackThis et postez votre "log" ici.

j'ai lu avec attention tes instructions
malheureusement je suis "nouveau" sur mon ordinateur et je ne comprend pas tous tes termes... lol
j'ai adaware et il detecte effectivement un fichier lop mais il ne le detruit pas, je le retrouve a chaque analyse
de plus tu parle de faire fix, next, next. je ne comprend pas ces mots lol
