Hello,
I can't connect the Kidizoom device to my computer, it doesn't recognize it, thank you for your responses.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

My kidizoom won't turn on even though I just changed the batteries!

hello I encountered the same problem as you,

I just saw your message;
and I just found a solution that you might want to try

I was just about to empty my wife's digital camera (Canon EOS 400D)
and I noticed that the plug is the same as the one for the Kidizoom, and believe it or not, I connected it and it was recognized immediately

so this might help you if you have another device with the same cable

I also have the same problem and I followed your advice, but when I unplug my Kidizoom, it still doesn’t turn on.
