Plantage système après quelques minutes d'uti

Bonjour à tous,
J'ai tres peu de temps avant le plantage du système.
Les scans antivirus lancés pendant la session widows ou au demarrage du systeme plantent tous.
L'acces au programme de désinstallation produit les mêmes effets
