Bonjour,
Afin d'en connaître un peu plus sur ta config', fais ce qui suit :
---> Télécharge et installe Everest Ultimate.
---> Lance-le, va dans Ordinateur puis Résumé et donne-nous le résumé. Pour prendre le résumé, utilise la fonction Rapport en haut de ton écran : Image
PS : supprime ton adresse mail si elle apparaît dans le rapport.

Clique droit sur "Contrôleur de stockage de masse" par exemple et choisis Propriétés.

C ce que j'ai essayé de faire à plusieurs reprises ....Je vois la fenêtre s'ouvrir avec seulement trois onglets , un onglet pour Général, un autre pour Pilote et un dernier pour Ressources. Je vois un gros point ? jaune avec Inconnu pour le fournisseur et non disponible pour tout le reste. Et dans état du périphérique je lis , "Les pilotes de ce périphérique ne sont pas installés. " (code 28)

Je l'ai fait plusieurs fois sans résultat c pourquoi j'ai fini par venir demander de l'aide içi. Tu me l'as déjà donné et je l'ai re-re-retélécharger.....et installé une bonne centaine de fois.
Une énième fois ne nuit pas, non? je vais réessayer qui sait, peut-être que cette fois-çi ça marchera...

Je t'ai donné le pilote de chez Toshiba et un autre donc ça aurait dû forcément fonctionner.

Ca ne s'allume pas. On me dit que le pilote n'est pas installé. Pour savoir que le wifi fonctionne la lumière devrait être bleue mais là ça reste rouge. Hier soir j'étais sur le site de Toshiba justement afin de résoudre toute seule mon pb sans trop de résultat. A la fin , j'ai atterris sur ce forum.
J'ai pas ce genre de pb avec mon pc de bureau....je sens que je vais avoir une très longue nuit...Tu veux du café?
