Is it possible to draw an orthonormal reference system using Excel or Word?

Just a drawing? There is the drawing toolbar, the line tracing, arrows, circles, ellipses, and a whole bunch of other options available. But it will remain just a drawing. However, it is possible in Word as well as in Excel (it’s exactly the same toolbar).
