Bonjour,
j'ai un pc portable lenovo, et je sais pas il est de quelle série, il a aucun indice sur son interface, il a juste le symbole des jeux olympique, mon problème que j'arrive pas a trouver le bon driver audio,
j'ai besoin de votre aide,

mercii bcp;
j'ai trouver le S/N mais quand j'ai les insére sur le site de lenovo pour me donne les drivers correspondent a mon pc j'ai ce message "Nous sommes désolés mais la machine n'est pas un PC client. Pour plus d'aide et assistance, veuillez cliquez sur : www.lenovo.com/support." j'ai rien comparé!!!!
le modèle de mon pc est : SOLEIL E290 et le S/N est sur 10 chiffres

oui c'est un lenovo pc portable, mais mon n° de série est de 10 chiffre
et sur le site de lenovo on trouve les 2 possibilités: soi un n° de série de 7 chiffre soi de 10 chiffre,
et quan je choisi la possibilité de 10 chiffre et cliquer sur afficher j'ai le message suivant " Nous sommes désolés mais la machine n'est pas un PC client. Pour plus d'aide et assistance, veuillez cliquez sur : www.lenovo.com/support."
