Unable to type the at symbol

Hello, I need to type my MSN address in the "email" field of a fullscreen game registration. The game is Battlefield 2142. The problem is that: everything works fine with the SHIFT key, but if I press another key with SHIFT, it doesn't work anymore. The ALT key doesn't work at all, the ALT GR key does work, but again, it doesn't work with other keys, and since the game is in fullscreen, I can't copy/paste. Is there a way to type the @ sign or to switch the game to windowed mode? Please help me.
Configuration: Windows XP Safari 530.5

    Hello, try to do this:

--> Make sure the CAPS LOCK light is not on. If it is, turn it off.
--> Press the Alt Gr key + the 0 key.
--> If you still can't make the at sign, reset your keyboard.

    There you go. :)

Well apparently Microsoft is sending a virus to all Windows imitation users that removes the @ symbol. Anyway, you just need to type alt+64 to display an arabesque, that's all; it's its ASCII format.

    Here it is:

--> Sorry, but it's impossible to reset a keyboard, I didn't realize it before.
--> Are you using a laptop or a desktop?
--> Do you think there's a dead key?

    Here it is

The Alt Gr key works but it types by itself; if I press Alt Gr + something, it doesn't work.

PS: I know it’s typing by itself because of the on-screen keyboard (which doesn't appear in fullscreen games).

It's a desktop computer without wires and only the "alt" key doesn't work; the others work fine alone but not with other keys (alt gr = v --- alt gr + 0 = x).

    Hi,

--> Since you're using a desktop computer, just buy yourself another basic cheap keyboard (check on Darty or cdiscount.com
--> Then try pressing Alt Gr + the 0 key again
--> And let me know if it works.

If it doesn't work, try contacting the manufacturer of your keyboard (what brand is your keyboard?).

    There you go.
