Qui peut analyser mon Hijack This ?

Bonjour,
Suite à des soucis de démarrage de mon PC (Vista Edition Familiale Premium), j'ai enfin réussi à le faire démarre et j'ai des l'ouverture un message d'erreur du genre "C:\Windows\System32\ieframe.exe n'est pas une application pour windows, et.c..." alors que je n'ai absolument rien installé récemment.
De plus, mes antivirus (Avast et Norton) ne veulent plus s'exécuter et j'ai d'autres logiciels qui ne fonctionnent plus ou mal (genre Google Chrome).
Du coup, j'ai réussi à installer Antivir qui veut bien s'ouvrir (le scan est en cours) et j'ai fait un rapport Hijack This mais je ne sais pas l'analyser, qqn peut-il m'aider ?

Redémarre en mode sans échec
(Pour cela : démarrer le PC en tapotant sur la touche F8 du clavier jusqu'à ce que le menu des options avancées de Windows apparaisse puis avec les touches fléchées du clavier, sélectionner Mode sans échec puis appuyer sur la touche Entrée...)
Attention tu n'as pas accès à Internet dans ce mode donc note ou imprime les consignes qui suivent.
Redémarre en mode sans échec

• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
• Double clic sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau
• Au menu principal,choisi l option 2 (Suppression)

• Télécharge HijackThis outil de diagnostic:
• hijackthis
• Avant de lancer HijackThis, renomme-le !
• Pour cela, suis le chemin ci-dessous, jusqu' au fichier en gras :
C:\Program files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe
• Clique droit dessus et choisis "renommer" : tape moulin.exe et valide.
Puis, clique droit sur "moulin.exe" et choisis Envoyer vers -> Bureau (créer un raccourci).
• Reviens sur le bureau et clique sur le nouvel icône pour le lancer.
• Accepte la license en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"
• Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"
• Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note
• Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport
• Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum
• Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement

• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
• Double clic sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau
• Au menu principal,choisi l option 2 (Suppression)
