SFrame.exe, reminder

Hello, I downloaded Rappelz Epic VI from jeuxvideo.com and installed it (no problem during installation). I log into my account, I choose the Kentauros server, the character’s race, click Create, and then an error message appears:
"SFrame.exe has encountered a problem and must close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and I have to close Rappelz =$

S.V.P, give me the solution! ^^'

    Hoping this can help you (for Vista and XP):

    Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> System -> Advanced system settings -> In Performance, click Settings -> Data Execution Prevention tab:
    -> Check "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select"
    ->Click "Add" and select Sframe.exe
    ->Click "Apply" and it should work!
