Vintage Volkswagen Golf Advertisement

I'm looking for an old advertisement for the Golf.
The problem is that I don't even remember when it dates back to, and it's probably been a long time.

All I know is that the synopsis features a child listing to his father all the expensive things his friends' parents have, and it ends with a line like:
"- And me, Dad, what do I tell them we have?
- What if you told them we have a Golf!"

I've spent quite a bit of time without results, so if someone could help me out, I would be thrilled.

      Hello,
      I’m looking for an ad probably between 2001 and 2004: a doctor believes that laughter is a good therapy for healing patients (in a hospice). We see him telling an audience of patients that Volkswagen offers a fully equipped Golf with an impressive list of options, and at the end he adds: "and all of this as standard!" This is followed by a huge burst of laughter...
