My mother forgot her password

Hello, my mother is soon going to have Wi-Fi from our network. She did everything with her MSN address, but the problem is she doesn't remember her password or the secret question. 
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    if she has lost her secret question :(
    what do you think the secret question is for?

    actually now she has to create a new account and/or contact microsoft
    it seems that works.
