Hello,
I'm currently going through a ridiculous situation. I have an account on leboncoin. When I enter my password, the screen says "please enter the password you provided when creating your account."
No matter how many times I enter the code, it keeps returning to the same question. I then decide to click on the "forgot password" link. I follow the email procedure. The email from Boncoin gives me a link to change my password.
So I change my password, confirm the password, and hit validate. Nothing happens. I click the validate link again. A red window then appears saying "Choose a password that is difficult to guess and contains at least 8 characters, including at least 1 number and at least 1 letter. The accepted special characters are as follows: . - _ + = ! ;"
I then change my password again following the procedure, and we keep getting the same result: red window.
After the tenth attempt, I'm losing it. What am I doing wrong = help! Thank you so much.

Good evening,
you haven't done anything wrong, just give Le Bon Coin's servers some time to update after a password change : )
And don't forget to check your inbox, just in case you need to click on a link to confirm your change
Best regards
