Ok, thanks for your contribution.

The issue is as follows: After a certain number of published ads, it becomes impossible to post a new ad. Do a search on how it works, you'll see that many people are affected.

Do you understand? However, it seems that everything works well again once you subscribe to one of their options (and therefore pay for a service that is supposed to be free), whereas previously it was mission impossible to post a new ad.

If you still haven't gotten it, I can't help you anymore...

I completely agree with you. I have a lot of listings, and for some time now, it's been impossible to post any listings...

Same for me !!!! Unlimited ads for 1/2 years then for the past month all my ads are being rejected under "false" pretenses, automatic and inappropriate responses !! Even when changing address, name, and region, nothing works!!

Hello. You will encounter this problem on most classifieds sites, as they need to make a living somehow. However, I created a site for this that is completely free. I have been using LEBONCOIN for free for a year this month and I have never had any complaints. This is not the case with E-BAY for example (every ad is paid, whether the product is sold or not / skewed selling system with PAY-PAL)

Well, I noticed that by providing a different email address (...@free.fr) instead of ...@hotmail.fr, it seemed to solve the issue; apparently, they don't get along with hotmail.fr.

I have the same problem with Le Bon Coin, even though everything was working fine until now. But for the past month, it's been a hassle to post ads; they keep rejecting them by inventing completely idiotic responses. For instance, I have to list them in the professional or other categories. I've tried writing to them explaining my situation, but nothing works; they respond with robotic emails, and, of course, it's always the same response. They don't truly answer; it's impossible to get a real response. I'm fed up!!!

No, it doesn't force you, but I feel like it’s just the same since it becomes the only way to get your ad published.

I haven’t got any, I’ve been trying to post an ad for 2 weeks now, and some of my friends too, I for my graphics card and a car, and one of my buddies for his car.

Hence my questions and my need for testimonials.

This story is quite surprising, because as far as I'm concerned, I have about forty ads of all kinds on this site (books, clothes, etc...) and I've never had any problems. Of course, it sometimes happens that one of my ads gets rejected (sometimes for obscure reasons, it is true), but after a second attempt and without changing anything, it appears for good... the only times I've invested a bit, I would say, is through text messages to move some of them to the top of the list, mostly because I'm too lazy to rewrite them.. It's certainly a bug.

Hello,

I've been using Le Bon Coin for several months now, and I've been able to sell about ten items thanks to this site.
Unfortunately, for the past few days, I've been experiencing the following issue: when I want to post an ad, after writing it and clicking on the validation link sent by email, I receive the email indicating that it is online. When I click on the link to access it, I realize that, yes, it has been published, but only the title and possibly the photos are showing, while the ad itself has disappeared!
At first, thinking I made a mistake, I rewrote all the ads in detail and was able to see the same problem again...
It's a shame, I thought this site was great and very comprehensive.

I've been trying to validate my ad for the past two days, and I keep getting stuck returning to my ad to validate it.
I did contact LEBONCOIN technical support, and they are asking for my IP address. Is it normal and safe to give it???
When I'm not having "troubles" with the technicians at SFR (formerly AOL, then Neuf....), it's the technicians from the LEBONCOIN site...
It's nice to be a TECHNICIAN, especially behind a computer screen or on the other end of a phone line.

Of course, it didn't help at all, and after reading all the previous emails from here and elsewhere, I think it’s indeed a site policy to favor paid ads. Only solution: look for another site for free classifieds???

If you pay attention, these are paid options. This means that you are not obliged to select them (you can check or not check them). I never select these options, so I don't pay anything for my ads. I don't see why you say they push for the sale of these options. If they wanted to force you to pay, they wouldn't provide an option.

After receiving it, I tried again, but to no avail. As you put it so well, they need to make money...

You’ll notice that the response I received does not address my issue, but rather a display problem on certain pages, which has nothing to do with my email.

I also want to emphasize that this is the second email I’ve sent them, the first one explaining that my ad did not meet the acceptance conditions, which is absolutely not true, given that I had previously published an identical ad, which I had deleted and tried to resubmit (I mean tried) due to a withdrawal.

Hello, same for me, I am a private individual and I buy tons of evening and formal dresses online abroad with friends. When they don't fit us or we don't like them, we sell them on Leboncoin, and they reject our ad for this reason:

This category of products is currently not open to professional advertisers. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your
advertisement.

Yet I specify in my ads that I am a private individual, not a professional, and they know it well because this is not the first time they have done this; they want me to pay for the option for professionals even though I'm not one.

When we write to them, they never respond, and they continue to reject the ads even though they know I am a private individual.

How can we take action against them, given that it is a free site!!

Thank you for your testimonies, I mention that I have only about ten ads on their site!!

To be clear, I believe there is an infringement on freedom and privacy and an abuse of power with a blatant forced sale, given that it is clearly stated on the site that it is (free), and that only the options are (paid). Therefore, to me, this means that if they receive a free ad and you have not chosen a paid option, they have no grounds to refuse it.

Just to say, I'm just trying to post my first ad on Le Bon Coin, not working...

I do receive the email asking me to click to validate the ad, I click, then I'm told that the ad will be published within 48 hours if I remember correctly, and then nothing more

After 2 unsuccessful attempts, I'm really tempted to give up... especially if you're taking the trouble to warn them that there is a bug, so either there is indeed a bug, or they are rude for not explaining to people why their ad is refused, especially since I can't see what could be wrong with my ad???

Hello, I have the same problem.
After my ads were validated, I haven't heard anything, and there are no ads online. The same goes for all my renewals. Plus, one of my ads was deleted without my consent.
I have about 10 sales, one year of experience on this site, and a last ad for 450 euros. What's the triggering factor?
Furthermore, I haven't received any responses to my various emails. I think LBC will soon no longer be free. The nice little site is over...

As a professional, it is a nightmare to list certain products on Leboncoin.
Actually, I am a seller of auto parts. So when I want to list products like shock absorbers, I can only do it for one vehicle. If I try to do it for a second car, I get the following response:

Reason for refusal: You can only post one ad at a time for the same product or service. However, you already have an ad online for the same product. To be able to publish your new ad, please remove the previous one. To delete your existing ad, click on the "delete ad" link on the presentation page of your ad on leboncoin.fr and then enter your password. Then click the link above to resend your new ad to us.

So I don't know what to do!
It is clear that whether it’s a Twingo or a Smart, shock absorbers remain shock absorbers, but they are not exactly the same product.
If anyone has a solution?

As a professional, I have the same problem. I explained that it was about different brands and references, but it’s no use – I'm going in circles.
They should clearly inform us if they want to charge after a certain number of ads, but they shouldn't waste our time.
