Bonjour,

Pour commencer : faire un petit nettoyage de l'ordi et du registre avec Ccleaner, regarde bien le Tuto CCleaner

Ensuite :

Télécharge GenProc sur ton bureau afin de voir ce qu'il à ton pc.

Double-clique sur GenProc.exe

et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre à la suite de la question êtes vous aider par quelqu'un, répondre oui. Merci.

Si pas de rapport .txt, regarder sur le bureau, il doit y avoir une icône Genproc qui renvoie sur internet avec la procédure.

Pour ceux qui ont Vista, ne pas oublier de désactiver Le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs

IMPORTANT : Poste la procédure Genproc et ne fais rien d'autre pour l'instant ( souvent il faut ajouter des consignes à la manipe indiquée pour que cela fonctionne parfaitement )

pour ccleaner il n y a pas eu de pb.
par contre avec genproc, je telecharge le fichier et lorsque je le lance apparait alors une fenetre avec :modul scipt ´´VBScript´´ pour le script ´´C:/GenProc/outil/Resident.vbs´´ n´est pas trouve.
que puis je faire?

lorsque je clique sur l icone genproc le programme se lance et une fenetre a fond bleu s ouvre en disant qu il faut patienter 30s á 1min30 et puis apparait alors ce message...

Et il se bloque sans rien faire ? Même après avoir attendu plusieurs minutes il ne se passe rien ? Pas de bruit du côté du disque ?

pr pimprenelle: non il y a ce message qui apparait puis le programme se ferme.
pr ctiti60: non pas de bruit de disque dur, au bout de qq minute le fleche peut bouger sur l ecran ms les programmes n ont plus aucune reaction.

▶ Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT).

▶ Un tutoriel sera à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.

▶ Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.

▶ Clique sur 'Continue' à l'écran Disclaimer.

▶ Si l'outil Hijackthis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.

▶ Une fois le scan fini , 2 rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports.

( C:\RSIT\log.txt et C:\RSIT\info.txt )

CTRL A pour sélectionner tout, CTRL C pour copier et puis CTRL V pour coller

avec celui la ca a marché.

Et c'est venu tout d'un coup ? Il n'y a rien eu de spécial ?

plus ou moins, le pc ralentissait de tps en tps mais rien de genant mais le blocage complet et effectivement arrive d un seul coup.

Est-ce que l'anti-virus fait un scan au démarrage ?
As-tu défragmenté tes disques recemment (si je parles chinois, faut me le dire) ?

As-tu essayé de restaurer un point se sauvegarde ?
