Impossible d executer une restauration????

Bonjour,et bien je ne pensais pas venir vous embeter mais helas mon pc m y oblige : je n arrive pas a restaurer mon pc a une date anterieure quelle que soit la date ;la restauration s execute mais au redemarrage j ai un mesage d erreur "une erreur inattendue est survenue" la restauration n a pas eu lieu et vos fichiers n ont pas ete affectes" merci de votre aide (malwarebytes :ras )

bonjour, essais de la réparrer avec zeb-restore
Télécharge Zeb-Restore http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/zeb-restore.html enregistre ce fichier sur le bureau.
-Clic droit Zeb-Restore.zip ==> Extraire tout choisis comme lieu d'enregistrement le bureau.
-Ouvre le dossier ZR_1.0.0.37 ==> double clic sur Zeb-Restore.exe
- Coche la case devant : Policies et puis restauration du systéme
- Ne coche aucune autre case
-Clique sur Restaurer
-Redémarre ton PC et essais
Télécharge Zeb-Restore http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/zeb-restore.html enregistre ce fichier sur le bureau.

bonsoir, tout d abord merci de m avoir repondu ,j ai fait ce que tu m as dit et helas cela ne marche pas ! par contre en mode sans echec je suis parvenu a le faire bizarre non!
bonjour, si ça marche en mode sans echec c'est que tu as une infection ou autre salopperies qui te bloque car en mode sans echec les processus démérarré ne sont que ceux indispensable à windows donc aucun malwares tu pourrais essayer de mettre un RSIT pour contrôler ça , merci

random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.
Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
Lis le contenu de l'écran Disclaimer puis clique sur Continue (si tu acceptes les conditions).
Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.
Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).
NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

rebonsoir,excuse moi pour ce retard mais j ai remis mon pc en configue usine et je suis en train de remettre les mises a jour(seulement 77 pour la premiere fournee) arhhhh j aurai du attendre surement!!!!mais je pense que l infection sera detruite avec la remise a zero :rassure moi!!! merci de ton aide

normalement oui sauf si tu avais une infection VIRUT qui résiste à une simple réinstallation
bonjour,he bien comme tu m as fait peur hier(lol) j ai fait une analyse avec docteur web pour verifier si j etais infecte par virut ; je suis rassure car il n a rien trouve ,mais je voudrais te donner une precision qui peut orienter eventuellement le pourquoi de cette énigme :hier quand j ai remis mon pc en configue d usine au redemarrage la date etait reculee d une journee et je pense que c est pour cela que je n arrivais pas a restaurer a une date precise car elle etait erronnee pour le systeme :ce qui veut dire quand meme qu il y avait bel et bien une infection non? si tu juges qu il est quand meme necessaire de faire une analyse hyjackthis fais le moi savoir ce soir si cela ne te derange pas ,bon je vais aller bosser car trop jeune encore pour vivre de mes rentes!!!!(au fait nous avons un an de difference et ces annes la sont d un bon cru)merci
bonjours , une fois que ton pc est réinstaller complettement tous logiciels compris tu pourras mettre un hijackthis et je te dirais ce que j'en pense @+
