Probleme de connexion localhost avec joomla !

Bonjour, j'ai un problème pour me connecter en local avec joomla et xampp, quand je met dans la barre d'adresse le nom "http://localhost/site" cela me met :
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this file on this server.
Cheyenne/2.2.8 Server at localhost Port 80
Je tourne sous vista avec mon pc portable et sur mon pc que j'avais avant ( sous XP ) cela marchais très bien .
