Internet consumption charge
nat -
Hello, my parents have a problem with strange withdrawals from their accounts. They are with Crédit Agricole and on their March monthly statement, they had a withdrawal of 75 euros labeled "internet consumption card," and the same amount and title appeared on the May statement as well. Of course, they have reported this to the bank, and these funds will be reimbursed, but in order to stop this and find out the source of the withdrawal, I feel like things are stalled on their end, so I am turning to you...
They have a Free 2 Mega connection, one PC with Avira antivirus and the other with Avast (I suspect the withdrawals are being made from the one with Avira, partly because they order more with this one, and partly because I have Avast and I haven't had any issues, if there are any problems)
They often shop online and are quite diligent about the transactions occurring on their accounts, so these withdrawals they never made, and I trust them, especially since there is no indication of a recipient for the amount, whereas when shopping online, it is always marked on the bank statement as "card + recipient's domain"
So, if you have any ideas, I can post logs from their computers and provide any other info I haven’t thought of.
Hoping I was clear enough

And I didn't file a complaint (luckily it would have backfired on us).
So the solution to track and verify your online purchases to unsubscribe is simple: https://www.consointernet.com/
A bit late, I hope I helped.
